The Laboratory of Mechanics & Structures (LMS) is one of the 23 research laboratories of the university of May 8, 45 - Guelma, created by Ministerial Decree No. 162 of February 5, 2001. The activities of the LMS are animated by four (04) research teams composed of some thirty permanent researchers who are dedicated to the research and training of twenty doctoral students. Since its creation, the laboratory is under the direction of Professor OUELAA Nouredine.
The variety of research conducted by our researchers is, in large part, carried out in collaboration with many foreign researchers belonging to internationally renowned laboratories. The result of this research is at the service of our country while planning to compete internationally on topical issues.
